Your Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to become part of our expanding team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing design and construction projects related to various buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee building and facilities projects across diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, and corporate environments.
  2. Establish and maintain robust client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  3. Foster trust with clients, enabling them to depend on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieve their business aspirations.
  4. Manage a variety of building projects of differing sizes and complexities.
  5. Ensure client expectations and satisfaction are consistently met or surpassed, representing their best interests in contractual and technical matters.
  6. Lead project teams effectively.
  7. Provide oversight and direction for all aspects of project delivery.
  8. Facilitate project and site meetings, resolve issues, and coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders.
  9. Regularly update stakeholders on project status.
  10. Offer leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to various stakeholders in the execution of projects of diverse sizes and scopes, particularly in the realm of buildings and facilities.
  2. Experience with public sector projects is advantageous.
  3. A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, or construction management, or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience. Strong understanding of various construction methodologies, project management frameworks, and financial oversight.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to influence others effectively and resolve a range of client, project, and technical challenges.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  6. Proficient in computer applications, including scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software.
  7. PMP certification is a plus.
