Teacup Tech Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our projects by providing administrative support, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including maintaining project documentation, system libraries, and other relevant project information.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination with project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, including clinicians, IT teams, healthcare administrators, and regulatory bodies.
- Project Status Reporting: Support project status reporting and governance meeting planning for project Working Groups.
- Project Information Management: Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files, including project activity schedules, status reports, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Education: College degree in Business, Healthcare, or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a project administration role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both French and English; ability to work with multiple teams and projects simultaneously; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and JIRA platform.
