Job Summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-size projects through the entire project lifecycle, as well as directing and advising technical field teams to drive successful client implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to mid-size projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Work closely with project managers to monitor project schedules, financials, and day-to-day coordination with technical field teams.
  • Engage with service estimation to obtain critical information, review project information for accuracy, and update estimated costing information in ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, track project progress, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain delivery dates of capital equipment and materials, and coordinate installations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an operations management culture.
  • Ability to interpret and understand financial statements, and clearly convey process flow and operational concepts in English.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Syteline or other ERP systems, MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a criminal record check and driver's abstract.
