Receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and clients and direct them to the appropriate individual
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and arrange courier services when required
• Answer multi-line phone system and redirect calls as necessary
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing boardroom bookings
• Efficiently process initial stages of the invoicing process
• Timely response to email correspondence and forward emails to the appropriate individuals as necessary
• Maintain organized files and accurate records
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and other tasks
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Demonstrated ability to handle a multi-line phone system
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in data entry and email correspondence
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to organize files and maintain a neat workspace
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
