Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for our office, managing reception duties such as answering inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling appointments.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including email correspondence and data entry tasks.
• Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, contributing to efficient employee training programs.
• Facilitate smooth office operations through the maintenance of organized files and records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) effectively to carry out various tasks.
• Respond to customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Process and monitor customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep accurate customer credit records, updating information as necessary.
• Resolve customer inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Oversee customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience with Data Entry and managing Email Correspondence
• Ability to effectively handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
• Proven ability to Schedule Appointments and manage calendars efficiently
• Experience with Answering Inbound Calls in a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
