The Administrative Support Coordinator **t**will provide support to various departments including Finance, Sales, Production and Service. The Administrative Support Coordinator will be responsible for diverse administrative tasks and can work independently to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines and target dates. The Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for handling certain day to day administrative functions, while providing a positive, professional company image with all internal and external contacts.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct all phone calls to various departments.
- Greet all office guests/customers
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk
- Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Assist the departments in day-to-day administrative operations.
- Responsible for managing Office supplies.
- HR Support - Update Job descriptions, Screening Resumes, Pre-screening Interviews (Phone) & Coordinating Interviews
- Finance Support
- Sorting, Matching and Organizing invoices.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Education and Experience**
- Secondary School diploma.
- Post-secondary education in Administration an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as QuickBooks.

Administrative skills - Ability to manage tasks in detail with attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
