**Position Summary***:
This position provides administrative support to the agency staff and programs to maximize the potential for service delivery and administrative effectiveness.

This includes reception, program support, database system maintenance, training as well as Information Technology support.

**Job Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to)**:

- Provides a positive, welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.
- Responds to all general inquiries including answering telephone calls, booking appointments, and ensuring staff, volunteers, client, and visitors are greeted and directed to the appropriate resource in a friendly and courteous manner.
- General administrative responsibilities including photocopying and scanning documents, sending and receiving facsimile (fax) messages, booking appointments, and processing referrals.
- General ongoing organization and upkeep of the office / building spaces including maintenance requests as needed.
- Provides day to day assistance to staff (i.e. technology support, troubleshooting requests, scheduling appointments, booking rooms, etc.).
- Communication with employees and community partners as needed / requested.
- Responsible for closing procedure on a nightly basis.

- College diploma or an applicable combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and multitasking skills including the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Resourceful, flexible and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in discretely handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy laws.
- Experience with scheduling software/client databases is considered an asset (i.e EMHware).
- Current police check, including vulnerable screening.
