A career as a Coordinator, Research & Sales Assistant within the Financial Markets Equity Research & Institutional Equities Teams at National Bank allows you to act as a key support and organization expert. Your job

Booking complex world wide travel including working with our security team, securing visas and advising of required vaccinationsAssist with marketing schedules including logistics and marketing materialsMaintain client databasesPrepare reports as requiredAssist with planning, organizing and executing events/conferences on-site across various citiesOffice maintenance including ordering supplies, working with IT and working with building maintenance

Your Team

Within National Bank’s Financial Markets Equity Research & Institutional Equities Team, you will be part of a dynamic group of 12 professionals, including four Managing Directors. This team, known for its deep expertise and commitment to excellence, plays a critical role in delivering research, sales, trading, and investment banking services to institutional and retail investors. You will report directly to the Research Team Leader, working closely with team members to ensure high-quality operations and project support.

Basic requirements

Professional College Diploma (DEC) and 3 to 5 years of experienceIn-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proactive, teamwork and collaborativeIndustry experience is preferred Willingness to work long hours in an unpredictable settingExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong analytical skills, sense of initiative, and ability to adapt quicklyAbility to work well under pressure and deal with urgent situations while meeting strict deadlines  Languages: English
