Tâches et responsabilités : 

Le Technicien en formation aide avec les processus de formation au niveau de l’usine Le rôle relève du directeur général de l'usine et il se réfère au directeur régional de l’apprentissage et du développement des compétences pour s’assurer que la formation soit optimale pour la certification des opérateurs/assistants-opérateurs, etc. Le poste est un rôle clé pour les membres de l'équipe, en fournissant une rétroaction et en réalisant des évaluations liées aux postes et aux lignes de de progression. Il est aussi responsable des évaluations des employés concernant leurs compétences sur les machines.

Énumération des tâches :

Complète le suivi de la formation technique quotidienne sur le plancher pour aider à la certification des membres de l'équipe dans leurs rôles; S'associe au directeur régional de l’apprentissage et du développement des compétences pour appuyer l'accueil, l’intégration et l’orientation des nouveaux employés, au besoin; Aide au suivi et à l'évaluation de la formation au niveau de l’usine; Prend en charge la création de solutions d'apprentissages spécifiques au site (exemple : procédures, méthodes de travail guidés, apprentissage technique); Développe, construit et maintien des relations avec les employés, les superviseurs ainsi que les directeurs dans leur rôle; Participe au processus d'embauche de nouveaux employés en évaluant les compétences des candidats (général et/ou machine); Offre des formations de groupe (exemple : bonnes pratiques de fabrication, Strikebox, etc.) sur tous les quarts de travail; Influence les autres à être soucieux de la santé et la sécurité au travail; Le Technicien en formation sera certifié et sera soutenu par la direction régional de l’apprentissage et du développement des compétences avec des outils de formation et du contenu de connaissances générales; Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Profil :

1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la conduite ou la planification de la formation, y compris la formation en cours d'emploi, idéalement dans un environnement de production (essentiel); 2 - 4 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de production (essentiel); Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (important); Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint (important).
