Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare price quotations and responses to Sales, Sales Channels

• Provide Assistance to Request for Proposal team and Contract Management

• Provide contract administration functions including management and maintenance of ERP data

Duties / Deliverables:

• Respond to email, telephone and fax requests from business channels and customers for quotes, information or clarification in a timely and accurate manner

• Request and track deliverables from other departments required for customer quotes and requests

• Prepare price quotations using documents design and price guidelines

• Coordination and distribution of Sales documentation including Sales guidelines, pricelists, sales support documents

• Assist with contract management activities and provide overflow and backup as required in preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)

• Capture and update accurate and complete information in ERP system

• Participate in sales planning meetings as required

Skills / Qualifications:

• Must have basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures

• Technical courses or background with knowledge of networking desirable

• ERP, or similar sales database experience;

• Excellent customer service and communications skills in English (written, spoken), French considered an asset

• Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and keyboard skills

• Good organization and time management skills;

• Experience in the Emergency Services / 911 Industry would be an asset.

• Préparer des devis et des réponses aux ventes, aux canaux de vente

• Fournir de l'aide à l'équipe de demande de propositions et à la gestion des contrats

• Assurer des fonctions d'administration des contrats, y compris la gestion et la maintenance des données du PGI

Fonctions / Livrables :

• Répondre aux demandes de soumissions, d'informations ou de clarification par courriel, par téléphone et par télécopieur des canaux d'affaires et des clients en temps opportun et de manière précise

• Demander et suivre les livrables d'autres départements requis pour les devis et les demandes des clients

• Préparer des devis à l'aide de documents de conception et de lignes directrices sur les prix

• Coordination et distribution de la documentation de vente, y compris les directives de vente, les listes de prix, les documents de support commercial

• Aider aux activités de gestion des contrats et fournir des débordements et des sauvegardes au besoin dans la préparation de la demande de propositions (DP) et de la demande de renseignements (DDR)

• Capturer et mettre à jour des informations exactes et complètes dans le système ERP

• Participer aux réunions de planification des ventes au besoin

Compétences / Qualifications :

• Doit avoir une connaissance de base des procédures de tarification et de vente

• Cours techniques ou formation ayant une connaissance de la mise en réseau souhaitable

• ERP, ou expérience de base de données de vente similaire ;

• Excellent service à la clientèle et compétences en communication en anglais (écrit, parlé), le français considéré comme un atout

• Microsoft Office avec un accent particulier sur Excel et les compétences de clavier

• Bonnes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps ;

• Une expérience dans l'industrie des services d'urgence / 911 serait un atout.
