Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Expert-Electrical and Lighting Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for providing excellent in-store experiences, offering expert advice and proactive assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide all customers with an excellent in-store experience, offering expert advice and proactive assistance
  • Provide quotes for projects, follow up with prospects and close sales
  • Promote the sale of complementary products and services such as installation, financing and delivery
  • Inform customers of current promotions and financing options
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

Requirements

  • 2 years' relevant experience in the renovation field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with computers, and the ability to learn to work with new software
  • Motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets by responding to customer needs
