Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Prosomo, Inc. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the maintenance of computer systems, programs, applications, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients with various technical issues
  • Maintain computer systems, programs, applications, and software
  • Document tasks performed
  • Manage computer network tasks, including user account creation, password changes, access allocation, and security rule implementation
  • Ensure the operation of email services, internal applications, and Microsoft network environment
  • Manage backups
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Print servers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with Zoho operating system
  • Technical diploma in computer science or bachelor's degree in computer science (asset)
  • Own a vehicle (asset)
  • Bilingual (French and English) (asset)
