As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and specialized Strategy & Global Operations roles. You will partner with senior leaders and executives from intake, through advising on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their team.

  • Lead recruitment events (in-person / virtual) and drive talent marketing efforts

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Expertise hiring for niche Operations roles including but not limited to AML, Fraud Management, Data Analytics and Compliance.

  • Hands-on headhunting and innovative sourcing skills to scout the market for strong candidates via talent platforms, professional media networks, events, resume mining and more

  • Progressive recruitment experience, leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies

  • Market intelligence on latest in the talent and tech market with effective consulting capabilities

  • Knowledge and hands-on expertise in leveraging data for TA analytics, compliance and data-driven TA delivery, with attention to detail

  • Diversity focused mindset combined with strategic recruitment capabilities for equity deserving groups

  • The ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques, strong business acumen and advising on hiring decisions

  • Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset
