Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home or in our office.
About the RoleThe Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one Talent space
- Spanish language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A recognized undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At Scotiabank, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible vacation time, personal days, sick leave, and comprehensive health insurance.
