Our client is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join the team for a 2-week contract starting asap. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing department, offering clerical support and backup phone answering alongside the main administrative person.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the marketing department.
  • Answer phones and manage calls in collaboration with the main admin.
  • Assist with organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
 
About you:
  • Proven experience in a phone handling or receptionist role.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is an asset
