Operations Officer

Our client is seeking a skilled Operations Officer for a long term role. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
This is a hybrid positions with 2-3 days in office
Pay rate: $21/hr
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am- 4pm or 9am- 5pm

Responsibilities
Corporate and commercial - Operations work : Transactions and postings, credit checks, preparing reports , investigative work, processing wires
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
Banking exp in a relevant role or Accounting or Bookkeeping – understanding of products/ services (1 to 2 years )
Previous exp with SLA’s.
Customer Service experience
Strong attention to detail/ accuracy
Critical thinking skills/ problem solving
Good communication skills – written and verbal
NICE TO HAVE:
1. Banking experience (financial industry experience)
2. Investigation/Decision Making/Analytical Skills – investigations for internal accounts
3. Operations Officer Experience
4. Excel – beginner to intermediate
