Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Western Overseas Immigration. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in administration.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate new administrative procedures and implement changes as needed.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met.
- Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures.
