This research could also cut across other areas of inclusive education or fields such as history, specialized education, environmental education, curriculum theory, leadership, etc. The incumbent will also need to know the current direction of topics related to the concept of diversity and the methods used to take diversity into account.

We encourage applications from individuals who wish to work in interdisciplinary ways with other faculties and institutes at the University (such as the faculties of Social Sciences, Arts, Health Sciences) to foster links with school boards and community organizations in order to improve research on, and educational opportunities for, students encountering discrimination in Ontario, in Canada, or internationally.
