We are seeking an accomplished and visionary individual to fill the role of Director of Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a strategic role in steering our sales department towards achieving and surpassing organizational goals.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do here
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and inspire Sales Managers in motivating the sales team to surpass daily activity goals.
- Implement and oversee a value-added sales process, ensuring adherence to established discount levels necessary to achieve Gross Profit (GP) objectives.
- Address and resolve challenges faced by the sales staff, particularly in securing hardware revenue.
- Conduct regular strategic sales meetings to review performance, forecast, and refine branch strategies.
- Play an active role in customer demonstrations to enhance overall sales efforts.
Administrative Oversight:
- Enforce adherence to corporate policies and manage corporate assets responsibly.
- Review and approve all paperwork for rental and trial orders.
- Analyze, report, and present results and activities against plans.
- Develop and submit "Quarterly Business Plans" to the VP, ensuring focused and impactful activities.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll procedures and standards.
Recruiting and Training:
- Oversee the recruitment, testing, and hiring of sales staff, aligning with corporate hiring policies.
- Develop and conduct monthly "Sales Workshops," focusing on strategic and timely sales employee developmental needs.
- Ensure all new sales representatives are prepared for company/corporate-sponsored introductory sales schools.
People Leadership Skills:
- Set clear expectations for sales revenue and professional development for Sales Managers.
- Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions to build motivation, professionalism, and selling skills.
- Demonstrate high ethical standards, influencing others with commitment and a sense of responsibility.
- Foster rapport and effective interaction with all company employees.

Leadership des Ventes : - Diriger et inspirer les Directeurs des Ventes pour motiver l'équipe des ventes à dépasser les objectifs d'activité quotidiens.- Mettre en œuvre et superviser un processus de vente à valeur ajoutée, en veillant au respect des niveaux de remise établis nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de marge brute (GP).- Aborder et résoudre les défis auxquels le personnel des ventes est confronté, en particulier en ce qui concerne la génération de revenus matériels.- Organiser régulièrement des réunions stratégiques de vente pour examiner les performances, les prévisions et affiner les stratégies de la succursale.- Jouer un rôle actif dans les démonstrations clients pour améliorer l'efficacité globale des ventes. Supervision administrative : - Faire respecter le respect des politiques d'entreprise et gérer les actifs de manière responsable.- Examiner et approuver toute la documentation pour les commandes de location et d'essai.- Analyser, rapporter et présenter les résultats et les activités par rapport aux plans.- Développer et soumettre des "Plans d'Affaires Trimestriels" au VP, garantissant des activités ciblées et impactantes.- Assurer la conformité à toutes les procédures et normes de paie. Recrutement et Formation : - Superviser le recrutement, les tests et l'embauche du personnel de vente, en conformité avec les politiques de recrutement de l'entreprise.- Développer et mener des "Ateliers de Vente" mensuels, se concentrant sur les besoins de développement stratégiques et opportuns des employés de vente.- Veiller à ce que tous les nouveaux représentants des ventes soient préparés aux écoles de vente introductives sponsorisées par l'entreprise ou la société. Compétences en leadership humain : - Définir des attentes claires en matière de revenus et de développement professionnel pour les Directeurs des Ventes.- Mener régulièrement des sessions de coaching et de conseil pour renforcer la motivation, le professionnalisme et les compétences de vente.- Démontrer des normes éthiques élevées, influençant les autres par le professionnalisme et un sentiment de responsabilité.- Favoriser des rapports et une interaction efficaces avec tous les employés de l'entreprise.Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- Proven track record in competitive selling and account management, with at least 7 years of experience in office products and solutions sales environments (including 2 years in sales management).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in PC and network concepts with the ability to apply these skills to understand and deliver printing solutions.
- Ability to deliver high-quality sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Own vehicle with valid insurance, a valid driver's license in good standing.
