We are looking for a Strategic Sales Director to join our team at PyjamaHR.

The successful candidate will have an experienced sales team of six reporting to them, with room to grow and develop.

Job Description

This is a key role in the organization, working across departments to implement sales strategy at every level. The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for preparing and executing the organization's sales plan and related budget, ensuring integration of the strategic planning process to achieve company growth and revenue goals.

  • Prepare and execute the organization's sales plan and related budget.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to deliver their highest potential and exceed sales goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for developing new sources of business in all market segments.
  • Remain informed of the competition's sales and marketing strategies and counteract effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A rich background in senior sales management in the hotel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset.
  • Knowledgeable in data analysis.
  • Well-versed and comfortable with MS Office, Property Management systems and other sales software.
