As a Deputy Progam Manager, you will be responsible in leading the Core Team in the succesful delivery of the assigned tasks within a schedule, allocated budgets of high quality. The incumbent will also support in applying/implementing the key Agile Management Processes and governances to ensure flawless execution.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for Program Launch Support Project scheduling to ensure the activities are up to date with WBS and Detailed Program Schedule Participate to program reviews to finalize and execute Program Management Plan  Follow up with internal teams discuss project priorities deadline and conduct risk assessment  Serve pivotal role as Customer Interface  Opportunity and Improvement Management, Change Management, Participate in reviews to ensure product deliverables meets DFQ gates Forecast delays and communicate information to management including PM Provide support in resource planning Support audits and other Alstom quality initiatives Run scrum meetings Managing Nonconformance report triaging Coordinate between product and specific application teams Documentation support for Release package Schedule meetings Prepare presentations for program review, contractual obligation management, budget allocation and internal program reporting (status). Review progress and give directions for program execution of the Core Team members. Identify and initiate actions to increase team effectiveness Supporting team effectiveness tool kit application by the Program Manager Assist in allocation of work packages between roles and day-to-day Delegation of special tasks to the Program Core Team members to optimize the total project. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and problem solving


Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for the degree. 3+ years of Project Management or similar related experience in Data Analytics, Agile experience is preferred. Experience in transportation industry, specifically in train control is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
