L’associé bilingue (anglais/français) de développement des affaires contribue au succès des activités de développement des affaires et de service à la clientèle de l’entreprise en communiquant avec les clients, les conseillers et de potentiels clients de l’entreprise tout en offrant un soutien administratif aux directeurs régionaux de l’équipe Actifs gérés.

Principales responsabilités

Discuter en détail, avec assurance et de façon proactive avec les conseillers en placement au sujet des stratégies de placement, de nos pairs et des marchés financiers. Répondre rapidement aux demandes et aux questions. Faire des recherches sur les problèmes qui se présentent, résoudre ces derniers avec exactitude et consigner toutes les communications pertinentes sur notre base de données de gestion des relations avec les clients (GRC). Collaborer avec les directeurs régionaux, Soutien aux ventes pour établir et entretenir des relations avec les conseillers en placements de partout au Canada : Soutenir les directeurs régionaux, Soutien aux ventes sur le plan de l’analyse et préparer des comparaisons de produits ainsi que des recherches sur les concurrents, au besoin. Chaque semaine, informer les directeurs régionaux, Soutien aux ventes des ventes et des rachats importants qui ont eu lieu. Participer aux réunions de vente. Apporter des idées de vente pour aider notre entreprise à croître. Produire régulièrement des rapports sur les actifs et les ventes à des fins de communication à l’interne. Coordonner la production des mises à jour et des profils mensuels des fonds communs de placement et des comptes gérés séparément. Mener des campagnes de courriels mensuelles à l’aide de notre plateforme de marketing par courriel. Mettre régulièrement à jour notre base de données de GRC. Mettre régulièrement à jour le portail des conseillers. Se tenir au fait de nos stratégies de placement et de l’actualité des marchés financiers. Établir des relations efficaces avec les intervenants internes et externes. Fournir des commentaires à l’équipe de marketing au sujet des documents relatifs aux produits de placement. Participer à des événements du secteur et des intermédiaires pour accroître notre présence sur le marché. Respecter toutes les directives réglementaires, juridiques et liées à la conformité.

Exigences

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais Diplôme de premier cycle en affaires ou en finances et connaissances générales du secteur de la finance De 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans les services financiers, un atout Maîtrise de la suite MS Office : Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Maîtrise des outils CRM Satuit (base de données), eVestment, IC Research et Dakota Marketplace, un atout. Summary

The Bilingual (English/French) Business Development Associate , contributes to the success of the company’s business development and client servicing activities by communicating with the company’s clients, consultants and prospects while providing administrative support to the Regional Directors on the Managed Assets team.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively and confidently engage investment advisors in detailed conversations regarding our investment strategies, our peers, and capital markets. Promptly respond to requests and inquiries. Research and resolve issues accurately and document all relevant communications via our CRM database. Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop and nurture relationships with investment advisors from across Canada: Support the Regional Sales Directors in an analytical capacity - prepare product comparisons and competitor research as requested. On a weekly basis, alert Regional Sales Directors to significant sales and redemptions. Participate in sales meetings. Contribute sales ideas to help grow our business. Regularly generate asset and sales reports for internal reporting purposes. Co-ordinate the production of monthly mutual fund/SMA wrap profiles and updates. Execute monthly e-mail campaigns through our email marketing platform. Regularly maintain our CRM database. Regularly maintain our website’s Advisor Portal. Stay up to date on our investment strategies and be cognizant of current events in the capital markets. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide input to Marketing about investment product collateral. Participate in industry and intermediary events to enhance our presence in the marketplace. Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines.

Requirements

Must be fully bilingual (English and French) Undergraduate degree in business or finance and general knowledge of financial industry 1-3 years of financial services experience considered an asset Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Proficiency in CRM Satuit database, eVestment, IC Research and Dakota Marketplace considered an asset Very strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Demonstrated initiative and ability to multitask and prioritize
