Job Description
Inside salesOsela is a specialist manufacturer of laser illumination systems and structured lighting for machine vision applications requiring precise laser beam shaping, as well as for research and development projects worldwide.We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to expand our team to meet our growth needs. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical information and support to the entire sales team. Main responsibilities include:Respond to various customer requests and provide them with the appropriate information concerning prices, technical specifications and delivery datesEstablish quotations in collaboration with external sales managers and follow up with customersFollow up orders and product shipments to customersMaintain a good knowledge of Osela's productsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are metDevelop good relationships with customers to maintain and grow sales The skills required for the position are:Fluently bilingual (mostly international clientele)College degree in engineering/technology and/or experience in technical sales or inside salesTechnical skills to quickly learn and understand productsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to develop long-term relationships with customers What we offer:An opportunity for a career in the fascinating world of lasersThe position is long-term and permanent, with salary to be discussed according to experience.Complete group insurance plan including dental, paramedical, vision and telemedicine benefitsRRSP program with employer contribution5 sick days, paid Christmas vacations and more
