The Opportunity

We're looking for a Community Engagement Specialist who is a UK native, deeply familiar with British culture, trends, and nuances, to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft trend-savvy, on-brand responses, source engaging content, and collaborate directly with clients to bring their brand voice to life. If you're passionate about social media, love discovering unique content, and have a knack for crafting standout engagement strategies, we want you on our team



What you will do:
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, viral content, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant responses.
  • Content Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality UGC and trending videos for engagement opportunities.
  • Engaging Responses: Craft unique, witty, and on-brand comments and replies to foster meaningful conversations and increase visibility for clients.
  • Client Collaboration: Participate in client calls to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with their tone of voice and engagement goals.
  • Brand Voice Execution: Understand and maintain each client’s tone of voice, ensuring all interactions align with their brand values and personality.
  • Metrics-Driven Strategy: Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams to align on projects, trends, and opportunities.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in social media management, content creation, or community engagement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • UK Culture Savvy: Deep understanding of UK-specific trends, humor, and cultural references to create localized and authentic engagement.
  • Creativity: A strong sense of humor and the ability to craft responses that stand out in a crowded social landscape.
  • Trend-Savvy: Deep knowledge of current social media platforms, memes, pop culture, and emerging trends.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with an understanding of tone, nuance, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and engagement software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies based on real-time feedback and data insights.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills to juggle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
