Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Emergency Medical Services Dispatch Communications and Deployment at the Southern Communications Centre, the Administrative Support V position supports a diverse team and plays a key role in enabling quality care in the provincial Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system. Our teams use strong partnerships, innovative technologies, and advanced analytics to enable the EMS organization. Ideally suited for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, we are seeking applicants with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across a diverse stakeholder group. Working in a virtual team, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent computing skills and have a proven history of attendance and exceptional time management.

Description:

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education ( certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AHS policies and procedures. Experience with AHS time-entry using e-People, and financial coding of invoices using the MarkView application. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
