Your Opportunity:

The Administrative Support V - WCB Reconciliation Specialist is a subject matter expert who works independently to provide educational information, analysis, and investigative problem-solving to address a range of issues for stakeholders. They must have a strong knowledge of Collective Agreements, CRA legislation, and the application of rules for all employee groups. This role involves dealing with complex or unusual problems and issues resulting from the Overpayment process or the reconciliation of that process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations based on established policies, programs, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Use judgment to resolve and reconcile WCB reconciliation problems and issues.
  • Grasp and apply extensive knowledge of programs, processes, and systems to carry out core duties and responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide or gather information pertaining to the administration of WCB Reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Completion of post-secondary education (certificate in office or business administration).
  • Previous experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, or JD Edwards is preferred.
