Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced administrative support to a department or program, requiring specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Familiarize yourself with AHS policies and procedures, and apply this knowledge to support departmental initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, using tools such as e-People and MarkView.

Requirements:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in office or business administration.
  • Familiarity with AHS policies and procedures.
  • Experience with AHS time-entry using e-People, and financial coding of invoices using the MarkView application.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered.
