About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pho V Restaurant - Memorial. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new hires and ongoing coaching to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and timeliness.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, repairs, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Team Management: Establish and manage work schedules, delegate tasks, and provide feedback to ensure a productive and efficient team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
