Administrative Support V: WCB Reconciliation Specialist

About the Role:
The Administrative Support V - WCB Reconciliation Specialist is a subject matter expert who works independently to provide a full range of educational information, analysis, and investigative problem-solving to address a broad range of issues for stakeholders, including HR colleagues, managers, and employees. They must have a strong knowledge of Collective Agreements, CRA legislation, and the application of the appropriate rules for all employee groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on WCB reconciliation matters
- Investigate and resolve complex or unusual problems and issues related to the Overpayment process or the reconciliation of that process
- Collaborate with employees, managers, other HR departments, and third-party providers to reconcile and resolve issues
- Use judgment to resolve and reconcile WCB reconciliation problems and issues
- Apply extensive knowledge of programs, processes, and systems to carry out core duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education (certificate in office or business administration)
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, or JD Edwards is preferred
