Commercial Relations Summer Student

Position Summary:
The Commercial Relations Summer Student will assist with the successful and timely completion of program targets and deliverables. In addition, they will also provide administrative support by reporting on promotions and communicating with business customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with generating new business through prospecting outbound opportunitiesDocument and track program details, data, information, and activities and maintain project informationSupport customers in program promotion enrolments and respond to inquiresProvide administrative and analytical support to ensure the successful completion of each promotionAssist Account Executives with related administrative account tasksProactively reach out to customers as requiredOther related customer operations administrative duties as assignedQualifications:
Effective presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving and organizational skillsExperience with monitoring progress of simultaneous projects and meeting deadlinesStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)1 year + of administrative experiencePost-Secondary diploma in progress or completedOur Offer

About the Program:
