**CAPSTONE PROJECT**

**_SPC Strategy for Post-Secondary Students_**

**Start Date**: February 20, 2023

Hours Required: 5-10 hours a week

Location: Canada

**Summary**

You will work with our Educational Partnerships team to develop a marketing and sales plan to engage University and College students on Campus. You are responsible for collaborating with your team, along with the SPC leads to collectively prepare research, overall analysis, marketing and sales plans. The capstone presentation will include the overall strategy on how to intercept students on campus digitally and or physically and get them to become SPC members.

**Project Details**:

- Understanding SPC’s business model
- Working collaboratively with students in your group
- Attend project meetings as required.
- Taking ownership of various component of the project
- Recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand within universities and colleges.
- Prepare student research study questions and conduct the studies.
- Build a solid Campus distribution plan.
- Build a marketing plan for students on Campus
- Present to the SPC leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- 3rd or 4th years student currently enrolled in Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship & Strategy, Marketing, Global Management, Retail Management, Business Admin or related
- Experience in research and development
- Passionate about marketing and entrepreneurship
- Strong project management skills
- Solutions focused perspective
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong storytelling from data
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- past marketing assignment - case studies, capstone projects etc.
- portfolio including marketing projects
