On behalf of our public sector client, we are seeking a Bilingual Help Desk/System Administrator to support a multi-year contract.
The candidate requires a valid secret-level federal clearance, and must be able to work on-site in the National Capital area.
The requirement is for client-focused resources who can provide IM/IT support over the telephone, in tickets (Service Requests and Incidents), by email, in person, and using Microsoft Teams. They will support clients, including employees, contractors, partners and co-locators with network accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Application Support-(including MS365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
Workstation Support (laptop/desktop, docking stations, monitors, etc.)
Network Printer Support
Peripheral Support (including standalone printers, label makers, etc.)
Network Connectivity Support
Telephony Support (both desk side telephones and Smartphones (IOS, Android))
IM/IT Advice and Guidance
Office Moves (IT Aspects)
Must Have:
Must have 5 years of experience as a System Administrator
Must have 5 years of experience assisting clients with MS365, minimum Outlook, Word and Excel
Must have 5 years of experience using remote administration and support tools
Must have 3 years of experience assisting clients with Microsoft teams including chat and video
Must have 5 years of experience years of experience working with an incident/problem management tracking software
Must have 5 years installing, upgrading and troubleshooting computer hardware in a large Microsoft windows network environment minimum of 2000 clients
Must have 5 years of experience helping clients to resolve issues with Smartphones and tablets, configuration and troubleshooting
Must have experience coaching and advising clients in the use of video conferencing software and set up including MS teams
Must have 3 years of experience supporting a GOC classified network certified at Secret or above
