Territory Manager – Industrial Products (French an Asset) Introduction Our client is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join their growing Canadian sales team. Based in the Greater Vancouver area, this role blends relationship-building, technical consulting, and business development. What You’ll Do You will lead regional sales efforts across the territory, working closely with industrial clients to deliver tailored safety and compliance solutions. Through a consultative sales approach and technical expertise, you’ll grow existing accounts, develop new business, and strengthen distributor and client partnerships. Responsibilities Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive new business and expand existing accounts Partner with distribution networks to support and accelerate regional growth Conduct facility walkthroughs to assess safety and compliance requirements Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders Train, support, and collaborate with distributor partners Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and reporting using Salesforce Travel within the territory approximately 40–50% of the month Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure long-term client success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience Background in industrial manufacturing or distribution sales is an asset Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel overnight within the region Strong consultative selling and technical presentation skills Familiarity with OEM or industrial environments preferred Experience using Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales French language skills are considered an asset but are not required Uncapped commission structure (earn up to 50% of base salary) Comprehensive benefits package starting after 3 months RRSP matching up to 6% 2–3 weeks of vacation depending on experience, plus floater days and your birthday off Option to purchase additional vacation after one year Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times Why Work With Us Our client is a global leader in workplace safety and compliance solutions.
