As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive product related business decisions over the life cycle of the product. This includes total ownership; driving product strategy into the market and being the absolute owner for the health of your products. You will be a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Success, Services for all product related matters. You will partner to evaluate NPI (New Product Introduction) opportunities to expand the product line and user base.

We care deeply about our technology, resolving customer pain points, and getting stuff done fast and are looking for people who share these values and are ready to execute against them every day.
In this role you will:
Lead the ongoing evaluation of market conditions, via market research and customer relationship, to evaluate growth opportunities and strategies and identify product improvement and new solutions
Lead the discovery process (customer / user interviews, competitive analysis, market gap analysis) to understand the opportunities that exist for expanding RouteThis product suiteIdentify, validate and prioritize product development initiatives, building business cases as appropriate
Formulate the product plan and align internal stakeholders to the developed roadmap strategy
Work with cross functional teams (UX, Engineering, Marketing, Experience) to build and execute the product development and go to market strategy for key roadmap deliverables
Setup and run user groups to identify experience gaps between design and development phases
Own product success OKRs / KPIs from ideation through development to launch and beyond
User experience / user adoption (e.g. transactional NPS, project-specific)
What you bring to the table:
You’re as comfortable and effective replacing Sales in a discovery call as you are sitting with Engineering challenging estimates
You’ve owned revenue goals for your product lines and contributed meaningful ACV lifts through new product and feature introduction
You’ve owned adoption goals to ensure user uptake and value
You understand the details of your product enough that you could configure your products if called upon
You sit in on support calls, QBRs to understand the opportunities to improve user flows and value delivery for customers
Experience conceiving and delivering multiple, innovative SaaS products from ideation to revenue generation
You’ve been responsible for a roadmap or parts of the roadmap for a B2B or B2B2C SaaS product offering
Accountable for the end-to-end success of the strategy, delivery and user experience for your products / product portfolio
You’ve successfully brought a large / complex product or feature to market with measurable market success
Willing to travel (10%)
