As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive product related business decisions over the life cycle of the product. You will be a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Success, Services for all product related matters. We care deeply about our technology, resolving customer pain points, and getting stuff done fast and are looking for people who share these values and are ready to execute against them every day.

In this role you will:
  • Lead the ongoing evaluation of market conditions, via market research and customer relationship, to evaluate growth opportunities and strategies and identify product improvement and new solutions.

  • Setup and run user groups to identify experience gaps between design and development phases.
  • Own product success OKRs / KPIs from ideation through development to launch and beyond.
  • User experience / user adoption (e.g. transactional NPS, project-specific).
What you bring to the table:
  • You’re as comfortable and effective replacing Sales in a discovery call as you are sitting with Engineering challenging estimates.
  • You’ve owned revenue goals for your product lines and contributed meaningful ACV lifts through new product and feature introduction.
  • You’ve owned adoption goals to ensure user uptake and value.
  • You understand the details of your product enough that you could configure your products if called upon.
  • You sit in on support calls, QBRs to understand the opportunities to improve user flows and value delivery for customers.
  • Experience conceiving and delivering multiple, innovative SaaS products from ideation to revenue generation.
  • You’ve been responsible for a roadmap or parts of the roadmap for a B2B or B2B2C SaaS product offering.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end success of the strategy, delivery and user experience for your products / product portfolio.
  • You’ve successfully brought a large / complex product or feature to market with measurable market success.
  • Willing to travel (10%).
