Senior Actuarial Production Associate

At Equitable Life of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Production Associate to join our Individual Actuarial Production team. This role will provide policyholder tax-related subject matter expertise, prepare tax-related communications, and assist with year-end tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide policyholder tax-related subject matter expertise
  • Prepare policyholder tax-related communications for internal and external clients
  • Assist with year-end tax reporting
  • Maintain the integrity of administration systems, operational processes, and procedures
  • Review and recommend improvements to processes
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA
  • Solid knowledge of SQL
  • Solid knowledge of a coding language (Python, C, C++)
  • Focus on providing excellent service to internal and external clients
