This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on autonomy, rapid innovation, and driving tangible business results. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of TextNow's new revenue streams and enhance the experience for millions of users while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-Performance Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cross-functional team of top performers, fostering a high-energy, collaborative, and results-driven environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking thrive.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Lead an agile team in creating and testing innovative mobile app features at high speed, driving innovation and growth.
  • Innovation Pipeline: Create a robust process for ideation, prioritization, and development of new revenue-generating features that add customer value to our free service offering.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Own the outcomes, key metrics, and OKRs to measure success for Labs, ensuring accountability and quality.
  • Executive Partnerships: Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate directly with C-level executives to drive clarity and alignment with our company strategy.
Requirements:
  • Seasoned Mobile Product Leader: 7+ years of experience including a record of accomplishment of launching innovative revenue-driving mobile user experiences at scale.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Comfortable with ambiguity, able to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Proven ability to lead the product development lifecycle, articulating what and why to your pod and stakeholders.
