Our client, a leading platform for managing personal, business and tax finances, is actively looking for a Marketing Manager II to join their team onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada


*** This begins as a 12-month contract with an opportunity to extend at any time ***


Responsibilities

  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
  • May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Has full authority for personnel actions.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes


Desired Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of business experience with marketing campaign development and cross-functional execution (technology/SaaS and/or B2B preferred)
  • Experience in Customer/Lifecycle Marketing – including successful execution of customer engagement and monetization strategies through digital tactics
  • Proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
  • Agency experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to independently run digital marketing campaigns from start to finish
