Our client, a leading platform for managing personal, business and tax finances, is actively looking for a Marketing Manager II to join their team onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada*** This begins as a 12-month contract with an opportunity to extend at any time ***ResponsibilitiesManages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.Has full authority for personnel actions.Extensive knowledge of department processesDesired Skills And Experience5+ years of business experience with marketing campaign development and cross-functional execution (technology/SaaS and/or B2B preferred)Experience in Customer/Lifecycle Marketing – including successful execution of customer engagement and monetization strategies through digital tacticsProven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into actionable insightsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)Agency experience preferred but not requiredMust be able to independently run digital marketing campaigns from start to finishApplicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis now and in the future
