Responsibilities

  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
  • May oversee advertising, events and public relationships.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.
  • Has full authority for personnel actions.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of business experience with marketing campaign development and cross-functional execution (technology/SaaS and/or B2B preferred).
  • Experience in Customer/Lifecycle Marketing – including successful execution of customer engagement and monetization strategies through digital tactics.
  • Proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations).
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to independently run digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
