Director of Sales I Best Doctors Insurance I COT I MDRT® Job Title: National Sales Manager Location: GTA, ON Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance / Financial Services About the Role: Best Doctors Canada Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven National Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this client‑facing, field‑based role, you will be responsible for promoting our industry‑leading insurance solutions by building and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors and distribution partners across Canada. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent our brand at a national level—traveling coast‑to‑coast to engage advisors, participate in seminars, lead webinars, and attend key industry events. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and other intermediaries to increase product visibility and adoption. Product Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Best Doctors Canada Insurance’s product offerings and how they fit into comprehensive financial planning solutions. Sales & Promotion: Drive sales efforts by delivering engaging presentations, offering marketing support, and providing advisors with tools and resources to succeed. National Travel & Representation: Represent Best Doctors Canada Insurance at seminars, webinars, conferences, and industry events across Canada. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory or advisor network. Reporting & Market Insights: Track sales activity, report on advisor engagement, and analyze trends to support strategic initiatives. Role Type: National Sales Manager – Field‑based role with regular travel across Canada to meet advisors, deliver presentations, and promote products at events.
