**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Sales Administrator position will contribute to driving sales growth and development, while leveraging on their analytical skills to improve the efficiency and performance of the sales force.
The SA will conduct close monitoring of Sales Performance as well as market potential / competitiveness analysis.

Through monthly analysis of Sales metrics - dynamics of the funnel - at regional and branch level, they will contribute to the performance by identifying and replicating good practices in coordination with Regional Sales Managers. They will drive the analysis and understanding of low-performing areas and contribute to improvement action plans while being proactive in decision making on Sales territories enhancement / CRM adaptation.

The SA will be the go to person for the regional teams in terms of incentive programs, ad hoc analysis as well as price policy. The position will undertake market analysis and develop pricing and sales strategies along with other stakeholders.
**Sales Support**
- **Ensure proper monthly Sales reporting is done at regional level.**
- **Ensure and follow reporting of Sales metrics (analysis of the funnel) on a monthly basis.**
- **Work with local sales teams to ensure accurate and up to date EMR details and referral forms.**
- **Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities.**
- **Work with Ops Control, Sales Managers and Regional Directors to develop targets for sales reps based upon forecasted sales initiatives.**
- **Follow and be proactive in adapting incentive programs as well as sales territories.**
- **Coordinate monthly sales meetings in conjunction with provincial sales managers to share best practices, share and acknowledge successes, evaluate progress, identify improvement opportunities, foster collaboration, share and discuss market trends, inspire a competitive spirit, provide solutions and collaborate to develop action plans for specific markets.**
- **Work closely with Sales Managers, Regional Directors, Area Managers, RCMs, and other stakeholders to identify roadblocks and deliver solutions.**
- **Analyze markets throughout Canada for challenges, opportunities and to detect changes in expectations, needs and trends.**
- **Proactively and independently identify underperforming branches, markets or provinces, collect data and analyze and then provide solutions to Sales Reps, AMs, Sales Managers and RDs to improve referrals, conversions and revenue where appropriate.**
- **Work with regional RAMS, Sales Managers and other stakeholders to audit/ensure new patient/therapy entry into EMR is accurate & complete for accurate referral data metrics**
- **Maintain sales data integrity and work with key stakeholders during software transitions to ensure accuracy.**

**Event & Field Management**
- **Together with the Marketing team, assist with the preparation and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.**

**Pricing & Offerings**
- **Own the process of price policy definition, implementation and actualisation at regional and national levels with the ultimate goal to improve competitiveness and profitability.**
- **Support National Strategic Partnership Manager on market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborate with marketing and National Strategic Partnership Manager in development and execution of offerings.**
- **Support Ops Control, Marketing and Regional Administrators to ensure price effectiveness and policies.**
- **Monitor average pricing using company data and provide guidance and advice to stakeholders to ensure compliance with our price offerings and policies.**
- **Main contact for the clinical teams to request new product ad requests. Support new product ads, work with the Procurement team, marketing and ops control to set pricing for new items.**

- **Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination or a similar role.**
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solution oriented.**
- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**
- **Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
- **Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmen
