Description

  • Culinary Leadership : Develop and execute menus that showcase fine dining excellence, with a strong emphasis on Italian cuisine.
  • Banquet Expertise : Manage high-volume banquet operations, delivering impeccable culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Team Development : Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse culinary team to achieve excellence through collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fine dining and high-volume banquet settings.
  • Expertise in Italian cuisine, with the ability to create authentic, innovative, and diverse menus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple culinary units effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • High emotional intelligence, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing culinary teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • A deep understanding of food safety, health regulations, and best practices in culinary operations.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with management, staff, and external partners.
  • Creativity and adaptability to meet diverse guest expectations and market trends.
  • Proficiency in modern cooking techniques and the ability to integrate them with traditional methods.
