Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Condominium Manager at Percel Inc. located in Georgian Bay, ON. The Regional Condominium Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple condominium properties in the region. This includes managing staff, budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding to resident inquiries and concerns. The role will also involve some remote work, providing flexibility in managing responsibilities.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • 10 years experience in managing condominium properties
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Knowledge of relevant local regulations and laws
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
