**Accounts Receivable Clerk**
Shore to Slope Management Services is a full service provider of Property Management Solutions. We are looking for a **Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join our team in Collingwood, ON.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the processing of all accounts receivable transactions and will be the point of contact for all vendors and customers. Accounts receivable transactions include processing invoices, collecting payments, reconciling invoices, and following up on payments. The AR Clerk will also perform general administrative duties to support the AR team. This position reports to the AR Manager.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responding to owner questions and resolving issues
- Making bank deposits and processing credit card transactions
- Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
- Making collection calls on outstanding accounts.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Entering of accurals
- Budget invoicing to owners
- Other duties as assigned by accounting manage
**Qualifications**:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - very important
- Reliable and focused
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Shift Suite/SparcPay is an asset
- Education: Certified bookkeeping course/accounting background: Must have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles
- AR/AP: 2 years (preferred)
- Data entry skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work together with others in the office as a team player.

**Salary**: $35,778.23-$38,000.00 per year
