Job Description

B. Braun Medical, a leading medical device company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national, regional, and local health systems.
  • Identify and develop strategic customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of the medical device industry and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Working Conditions:

  • May require frequent travel to customer sites and sales meetings.
  • Must be able to work in a clinical setting and interact with healthcare professionals.
