Job Brief description

The Partnership Service team at Shoplazza plays a significant role in developing, managing, and executing Shoplazza Partner Programs. If you have an appetite for learning, growing, change, adaptability, and are comfortable in uncharted territory please apply. We are fast paced and although we have a large team, we operate like a startup for the most part. You will be placed in a constant stream of exciting new projects, complicated relationships to navigate and nurture, and new directions to explore. We highly value initiative, creative thinking, problem-solving, and resourcefulness. If you are looking for steady and predictable projects and repetitive tasks this may not be the right company for you.


Your job is to ensure a frictionless onboarding experiences as well as tools for revenue growth of our partners. This requires a versatile individual with experience, communication skills, and energy to operate in a wide spectrum of situations.


Tasks

● Autonomy and efficient time management for successful completion of projects on tight deadlines

● Embracing a fast-paced environment and accommodating for quick changes and new territories

● Understand the market landscape in your assigned service vertical - including leaders in the space, problems businesses are solving for, pain points, and emerging trends. Develop a strategy for growth using these insights.

● Foster existing partner relationships to ensure support and alignment to the ecosystem

● Support Partner Training & Certification manager to execute store functions training and maintenance of partner knowledge base

● Work with Engineer Team to executive API/SDK documentation and maintenance of partner knowledge base

● Horizontal coordination across the company to ensure organizational readiness for our ecosystem partners

● Develop GTM process and playbook for Partner Business Development Team for key partners

● Drive Bi-monthly Business Reviews for each key partnership and a scaled review approach for all other partners

● Work with Brand Team to develop and execute alliance marketing plans to raise internal and external awareness of the ecosystem portfolio.

● Track KPIs on initiatives across internal sales and account management teams and external partners

● Manage internal cross-functional initiatives to ensure that appropriate resources are applied to the implementation of partnerships


Qualifications and requirements


Must have:

● 2 years experience in the ecommerce industry

● Time flexibility and strong communication skills to collaborate with international team

● Appetite for quick changes and new projects

● Experience in startup or similar fast-paced environment

● Minimum of 3 years of business/sales experience

● BA/BS degree

● Experience with CRM and PRM

● Fluent in English


Bonus:

● Successful track record executing partnerships with technology companies

● Experiences with product, marketing, and/or enterprise technology strategy consulting experience

● Experience working with Hubspot CRM

● Agility and adaptability in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
