About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at Shoplazza. As a key member of our Partnership Service team, you will play a significant role in developing, managing, and executing Shoplazza Partner Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support for revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for growth, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive business results.
  • Foster existing partner relationships, ensuring alignment and support within the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Brand, and Sales, to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute alliance marketing plans to raise awareness of the ecosystem portfolio.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business/sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience with CRM and PRM.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin and other languages.
  • Successful track record executing partnerships with technology companies.
  • Experience with product, marketing, and/or enterprise technology strategy consulting.
  • Experience working with Hubspot CRM.
  • Agility and adaptability in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment.
  • An analytical and entrepreneurial mind.
  • A passion for retail, technology, and commerce.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working remotely.
