Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients across North America and Canada, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction. Drive product adoption and demonstrate value for existing accounts by developing and implementing tailored customer success strategies. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. Collaborate with our product, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and proactively address any challenges. Partner with clients to understand their evolving needs, finding new ways to expand the value AppCharge provides to them. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role, with a proven track record in account management within the gaming or mobile industries. An analytical and data-driven approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating product value. The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
