The Role The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of key customers. The position calls for someone who can identify opportunities for growth, provide excellent account management, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support. The ideal candidate is experienced in sales, organized, and motivated to succeed in a dynamic business environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts Work closely with sales, purchasing, operations, and support teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs Consistently achieve or exceed account growth and revenue goals Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and online meetings Travel occasionally to engage customers face‑to‑face and strengthen partnerships Share feedback and insights to support continuous business improvement Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within electronics or distribution Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Willingness to travel occasionally as required Interested?
